Vessel Rotation changes for Thursday 10/09

Good Day All,

Below is an extract of notices received today from shipping lines of changes to schedules and port rotations. The amount of changes today only highlight the issues facing Sydney which will add further disruptions to supply chains and empty container evacuation. We also consider the additional strain it will put on other ports which has been touched on with our Melbourne update last week that can be found here. Hyundai Merchant Marine – EVER UTILE V.158S/N

HMM have been advised by vessel operator that EVER UTILE V.158S/N will be delayed due to impact of typhoon and port congestion in Asia.

Also, considering port congestion in Sydney, vessel operator has decided to change port rotation to avoid further delay. (SYD-MEL-BNE to MEL-SYD-BNE)

The schedule ex Sydney and Brisbane is currently under review and will be advised once it’s confirmed.

Hamburg Sud – Maersk Sekakau 033S/036N

Further to our customer advisory on 27th August advising of a change in port rotation between Melbourne and Sydney, please note due to recent Protected Industrial Action, Maersk Sekakau 033S/036N is expected to be further delayed

OOCL Line – OOCL TEXAS V. 174S

AAA2 OOCL TEXAS V. 174S – PORT ROTATION

Please be advised due to ongoing congestion at Patrick terminals and severe congestion in Sydney, the subject vessel will port rotate and call Melbourne first.

Please note that the Sydney schedule is not fixed and is still under discussion

Hyundai Merchant Marine – WIDE HOTEL V.078S/N

We’ve been advised by vessel operator that WIDE HOTEL V.078S/N will change port rotation due to berth congestion at Sydney. (SYD-MEL-BNE to MEL-SYD-BNE)

COSCO – SONG YUN HE 2034W

We regret to inform you that the ETD of SONG YUN HE 2034W has been changed due to (PORT CONGESTION AT Previous Port & Typhoon “Bavi”)

SILA NOTE: This is a feeder vessel servicing Korean ports which will then offload and re-load container destined for AU ports

ANL – Conti Stockholm V032S/034N

Further to previous advice regarding delays, please be advised that the Conti Stockholm V032S/034N will now omit Adelaide and Jakarta in order to recover schedule.

COSCO – COSCO SINGAPORE V.146S Change of Rotation

ANL – CMA CGM Bellini V034S/036N

Please be advised that the CMA CGM Bellini V034S/036N will change rotation and now call Melbourne prior to Sydney in order to mitigate delays from ongoing port congestion.

ANL – Maersk Surabaya V034S/035N – Omit Sydney

Please be advised that the Maersk Surabaya V034S/035N will omit Sydney in order to mitigate delays due to ongoing berth congestion and industrial action.

MSC – Maersk Seoul 034S Change of Rotation

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company wishes to advise customers due to ongoing berth congestion in Sydney, Maersk Seoul 034S will change rotation in Australia.
