CityLink Tolls, DP World and Patrick Terminals Infrastructure Surcharge Reminder

Dear Customers,

We wish to remind you that both DP world (effective from 17/04/2017) and Patrick Terminals (effective from 10/07/2017) have applied new infrastructure surcharges.
The surcharge rates for each port via DP World are as follows:

  • Sydney: AU $21.16 per container
  • Melbourne: AU $32.50 per container

The surcharge rates for each port via Patrick’s Terminals are as follows:

  • Sydney: AU $25.45 per container
  • Fremantle: AU $4.76 per container
  • Fishermans Island: AU $32.55 per container
  • East Swanson Dock: AU $32.00 per container

In addition to the updated infrastructure surcharges, City Link tolls in Melbourne have increased as previously advised for heavy vehicles applicable from April 1st 2017 which will additionally affect all transportation charges.

As stated by the Victoria Transport Association, under the capped arrangement, heavy vehicles using CityLink tolls will incur an increase of up to 125% for day and night travel. This will significantly affect toll charges applied to the Monash, Tullamarine, Bolte Bridge / Westgate to the Western Corridor in particular.
