DP World Australia – National Network Outage

Dear Valued Customers & Partners,

We would like to inform you about the recent developments regarding a national network outage at DP World Australia terminals, as communicated by the Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA).

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) have been in contact with DP World Australia senior management in regard to recent terminal announcements of a national network outage. 

DP World senior management have advised FTA / APSA that the matter is currently under investigation. 

Following are the notices currently announced from the individual terminals, with Sydney yet to make any formal announcement:

Brisbane
Issue: Please hold drivers back from the Terminal.
Short Description: 
Please hold off sending drivers to the Terminal as we cannot let them through the kiosk for their orders.
Our IT team is working on this issue, which is National, and we will update when the gates are operating again.

We are currently experiencing a network outage at the Main Gate.
Please have all trucks report to Port TMA and log in with BAT numbers only.
Any wrong zones incurred as a result of this outage will be waived.
Thank you.
