Important Update: Changes to Operations Email Communication Channels
Dear Valued Customers & Partners,
At SILA, we are continuously working to enhance our communication processes to better serve you. As part of this effort, we would like to inform you of a significant update regarding our email communication channels.
Over the coming months, we will be phasing out the use of the following email addresses: imports@sila.net.au, exports@sila.net.au, and bookings@sila.net.au. Instead, we will be consolidating our communication channels into one operational email address: operations@sila.net.au.
To ensure a smoother transition, we kindly request your support and assistance in using operations@sila.net.au for all future communication instead of the aforementioned email addresses.
Note, this does not affect current sales, documents, accounts or invoicing communications. Job registration documents must be sent to documents@sila.net.au as per normal.
